Customer Relations Excellence

Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its best Customer Relations dealerships with the prestigious Customer Relations Excellence Award. This award is presented to dealerships that have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota’s highest standards for customer satisfaction.

One of Toyota’s primary goals is to emphasize the entire ownership experience. We want to help ensure that our customers are satisfied not only at the time of purchase, but as long as they own their vehicle. Offering top quality cars and trucks is, of course, the first step – but only the beginning. Toyota dealerships strive to match the quality of our products with the finest service in the industry. In order to qualify for the Customer Relations Excellence Award, dealerships must excel in a series of categories focused on increasing your satisfaction with both the sales and service of your Toyota vehicle

Customer Services Advisory Board

The Customer Services Advisory Board will recognize the top 50 Parts, Service, and Customer Satisfaction dealerships in the United States. Membership on the Board will be based on dealership achievement in sales, customer satisfaction, and parts.

Parts Excellence Award

Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its best Parts dealerships with the prestigious Parts Excellence Award. This award is presented to dealerships that have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota’s highest standards for customer satisfaction.

We want to help ensure that our customers are satisfied not only at the time of purchase, but as long as they own their vehicle. Dealerships who earn this award have trained Certified Service Managers as well as continuous technician training to ensure the highest quality work on your Toyota vehicles.

TCUV

Outstanding performance leads to success. For the TCUV program, it also leads to the "Leaders of Excellence" Sales Manager Recognition program, which rewards superior sales achievement. A dealer that receives this award has led their region in overall sales volume.
